Clint from Bill Clontz HVAC came on a Sunday morning and fixed the issue, a loose wire due to low quality workmanship from another firm. He’s very knowledgeable, transparent, and polite. I just bought this house and didn't know a lot about the furnace but Clint was so informative and answered all of my questions in a manner that I could understand. They had to remove a couple of doors from the track to get to the furnace and put them back when they were done. Clint even took the time to adjust the plunger on my newly installed storm door to keep it from slamming.  Very friendly guys and called to tell me they were on the way. I am very impressed.
